can be made by credit card on the website it is done by paypal but they will accept any type of credit card and you dont need to be a member to use them or it can be done by credit card over the telephone.
We use Royal Mail or Courier depending on weight of the parcel if it is overseas and weighs over 2 kilos then the parcel will be sent by courier. Your goods will be shipped out to you within two working days of receipt of cleared payment but we cannot guarantee the date of delivery for overseas customers.
Overseas Buyers are best to email or call us so we can give you the best quote for postage if your parcel is going to weigh over 2 kilos.
All your shipping fees are calculated for you when you check out at the end , all you have to do is choose the correct postage method you require.Every parcel is sent with a tracking number and will need to be signed for.The parcel is only tracked when delivered and signed for if you wish full tracking then please pay for special delivery this will be tracked all the way.If a parcel is lost and unable to be found then a full refund is given to the buyer or replaced f we have more items in stock.Any problems with parcels please email us at sales@replaceyourplates.
