can be made by credit card on the website it is done by paypal but they will accept any type of credit card and you dont need to be a member to use them or it can be done by credit card over the telephone.
overseas postage...
We use Royal Mail or Courier depending on weight of the parcel if it is overseas and weighs over 2 kilos then the parcel will be sent by courier. Your goods will be shipped out to you within two working days of receipt of cleared payment but we cannot guarantee the date of delivery for overseas customers.
Overseas Buyers are best to email or call us so we can give you the best quote for postage if your parcel is going to weigh over 2 kilos.
UK POSTAGE...
All your shipping fees are calculated for you when you check out at the end , all you have to do is choose the correct postage method you require.Every parcel is sent with a tracking number and will need to be signed for.
RETURNS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are safely packed using appropriate materials (we suggest that you use the original packing materials for this).
Replaceyourplates reserves the right not to pay a refund if returned goods arrive damaged. Where goods are returned for reasons other than loss, damage or error on our part, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping costs.
CANCELLLATIONS
If you change your mind once you have placed an order, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund by notifying us at Replaceyourplates within 10 days and returning the goods.This is In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, notification of cancellation must be in writing, either by email or in writting to the adress at the top of the page.
All our Replacement pieces whether previously owned or new, are guaranteed to be in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or excessive wear. Some Pieces may have minor variations in backstamps or colours depending on the manufacturer or the length of time the pattern was produced.
